Friday Favorites

Happy Fri-YAY! Thank you so much for all of the comments from everyone about my Thursday Confessions. It's so nice to hear that everyone feels the same way about the awful events from the week and that you all agree the mom shaming needs to stop!

Let's get to my favorites of the week..

// I made 2 new recipes this week and I've been waiting to share them! The first one is a Chicken and Spinach Saute'{ Thank's Megan for the recipe!} was so good and seriously came together in like 15 minutes. The next is a chicken and black bean lasagna from The Lemon Bowl. It was delish! If you haven't heard of The Lemon Bowl you need to check her out. She posts awesome and healthy recipes!

// Yesterday at the pool Graham's curls were out in full force. I have been thinking that he had a bit of curl but after sitting outside in the humidity its obvious he has them. He get's it from me!

// I know I posted pictures that my sitter took of Graham last week. Well, she brought her camera back and took some of both boys. Seriously, melt my heart at these sweet babies!!

// I don't know about you but I am hard on my phone. With two kid's its bound to fall out of my hands at some point or another. I am not a fan of the life proof cases because they seem so bulky to me. I have had a glass screen protector on my phone constantly. However, each time they break from dropping it's another $40 I have to spend. Kate from The Small Things snapped a pic of these screen protectors that she orders from amazon for like $8. I ordered 2 {because.. I break things} and y'all they are great. Just as good as the $40 one. In fact, no joke the day I put it on my phone I dropped my phone on the cement. Sure enough it cracked the screen protector but kept my screen safe! I now keep one in the drawer and one on my phone. For that price you can order 2 or 3 and not feel like you're spending a fortune.

// Lastly, we all know Father's Day is on Sunday. I know there have been tons of posts with ideas of what to do for Dad. I found these three ideas on pinterest and thought they were cute and could easily be done pretty quickly!

I hope that you have a great weekend! We will be celebrating Patrick all weekend. Be back Monday with a recap including what we gave him for Father's Day!

* Linking up with April, Andrea, and Karli
