Life Lately

Whew it seems like my blogging break has caused major writers block for me! I still can't believe christmas has come and gone. We had such a busy two weeks that Instead of recapping each thing I'm going to do a life lately photo dump of it all!

We started off Christmas with Church and dinner with Patricks entire extended family on his dads side.

My FIL making fun of the way girls pose in pictures...while wearing Donnas apron

The only family photo we got the entire weekend

We opened presents with Patricks brother and nephew

Jack left the funniest note for Santa which included something about (i'm the leader of the boys and I like to chase girls)

Santa stopped by leaving the boys far too many toys!

Jack experienced the magic of Christmas morning and it was the best time watching him!

Graham wasn't too sure of it all and went and sat on the sofa after about 5 minutes

But he did love this camera!

We ended the night with a viewing of The Polar Express and Grandaddy got in Grahams sleeping bag to watch with Jack.

We quickly recovered from Christmas, took down all the decorations and packed our bags to head to Charlotte!

I snuck away for some girl time with my first born niece! I have told her that she is going to have to take care of me when I'm old and my boys no longer want anything to do with me.

I paid these two to go up and down the stairs with Graham dozens of times over the course of 4 days.

We celebrated this precious woman turning 95 (a few days early)

The original 5 plus our Mimi (my moms mom and my last living grandparent)

I caught these two snuggling in the dog bed.

We had to tell our cousins good bye and see you later! (From oldest to youngest)

We celebrated New Years Eve with friends!

I taught her how to use a filter

This boy was so tired and not feeling his best but he made the most of it, until he had a meltdown over some loud music and we took that as our cue to leave!

It has been a wonderful two weeks full of family time! But I am definitely happy to be getting back into our routine and ready to take this new year on!
