Well hello there February! Where in the world did January go? If you saw my
Christmas Home Tour it should come as no surprise that I love any and all holiday decor. So of course I had to do some decorating for Valentine's Day. I love everything about this holiday. Pink has been a long standing favorite color of mine which is probably why I gravitate towards this holiday. I love the meaning behind it and lets be real...who doesn't love to spread a little love whenever they can!
I don't go all out for this holiday but I do have a few fun touches around my kitchen and den that I pull out each year. Of course the dollar spot at Target gets me every time I walk in there and I've picked up a few new things.
I just found this cute basket for my holiday themed books at Hobby Lobby. I love that I can write on it each holiday. Now if only I could find the rest of my Valentine's books...
I bought this garland thinking I would hang it in my bay window but it kept falling down (too heavy!) so I decided to hang it vertically and use it to show all of Jacks fun school art projects!
Love! Everything is so pretty and happy. Makes me smile! The garland and hand towels might be my favorite, which is funny since they are so simple.

It all looks so cute! I need to find a basket like that for our holiday-themed books. I LOVE that you can write on it like that. Maybe, if Knox is feeling better today, I'll pack them up and try to go find it at HL! ;)

ReplyDeleteLove all your touches of Vday decor! :) We are in the process of decluttering (so we can list our house for sale!) so I'm kinda' sad not to be putting all my festive stuff out lol. I do need to get my little guy some Valentine's day books though!!
