Friendly Reminder

Hey friends, can you believe it's March 1st? January went at a snails pace but February flew by! March to me brings the official start of Spring, although I am sure we will have another frost at some point.

I am headed to Chapel Hill today for my bi-yearly skin check. So I thought today would be a great day to share my post from last year where I went into detail about my journey with skin cancer and remind all of you just how important sun screen and early detection is!

Click here to read my post!

While you are doing that I'll be at the doctor having multiple people mulling over each mole on my body and deciding if they can stay or go! Fingers crossed I don't have to have any removed this time, but usually that's wishful thinking!

  1. Yesssss, SO important!!! I get checked about every four months because melanoma runs deep in our fam! I’m sure all will be good for you today!

  2. Praying for good news! It is SO important to get skin checks. I go every single year (but should probably go twice a year).

  3. Praying for you!!! I get checked every year!

  4. It's so important! I have a few family members that have had skin cancer removal. I am very fair so it is something I am always aware of and the yearly checks are so important! Let's hope that everything is well.

  5. Good luck! I think your post was one that helped me finally make an appointment last year!

  6. So true! I'm so glad all went well yesterday. :)
