Friday Favorites

Hey Y'all, happy Fri-YAY!! This week went pretty fast! The weather was really nice and I felt like I had finally recovered from my Disney hangover!

My favorites from this week!

O N E | Graham turned 17 months old and just so happened his 5 month picture popped up in my FB memories. Goodness how quickly time has gone. The days definitely are long but the years are short, couldn't ring truer for me!

T W O | Wednesday night Patrick, Jack and I went to see the Harlem Globetrotters at the local college with my inlaws. It was really fun, but super hot in the gym. Jack had a good time!

T H R E E | I mentioned the weather being really nice. Wednesday's are our days where we don't have anything going on. We usually try and have a play date so this week we met our good friends Hudson, James and Charlotte at a park and played and had a picnic!

F O U R | I adore Jack's teachers, they are always doing fun things each week. This week was Pizza Pat week and they finished out the week making pizzas. They even gave the kids personalized aprons, seriously so cute!

F I V E | I finally pulled out my Easter decor this week. I wanted a cute banner for my mantle but couldn't find one I loved, so I tried to get crafty and make one of my own. Too bad all the tutorials I found required a sewing machine. I decided to use clothes pins instead and I think it turned out pretty cute! I also found these precious bunnies at Target and knew they would be so cute on my hearth. Especially since the boys can play with them and not mess them up. I decided to go with two of the boy bunnies since we have two boys, there was also a really cute pink little girl bunny!

S I X | If you missed my posts from earlier this week, I recapped days 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 at Disney! I plan to finish up next week!

I am going rug shopping tomorrow and so excited! Our rug in our den was totally ruined from Roscoe but we didn't want to replace it while he was still alive. I am so excited to find something new and fresh! Other than that, Jack is spending the night with his grandparents and cousin tomorrow night and I'm taking the boys to a birthday party Saturday. It should be a pretty low key weekend with some great weather on Saturday!

Have a great weekend, friends!

  3. Um, how cute is Jack in his little hat and apron?! I also love the way your MIL is looking at him in that picture at Harlem Globe Trotters. Melt my heart! AND, why do babies have to grow up?! Graham looks like practically a teenager in that picture on the right. Happy Friday, friend!

  4. Oh weekend is looking to be low-key too and after the busy Spring Break week we've had, it's exactly what I need. Momma is tired.

  6. Love the look of the clothespins with the bunnies/carrots. We actually 'sewed' the thread through them by hand, but it definitely took some effort because the material was so thick!
