Friday Favorites

Happy Fri-YAY Friends!! The second half of this week has really kicked my butt! On Wednesday afternoon Jack woke up from nap with a fever. It was such a random thing as he wasn't showing any signs of feeling bad. The fever continued into Thursday. At bedtime last night he still had a temp. I think that it broke overnight and this morning he is fever free! Praying that it stays that way and we don't have to make a trip to the doctor today!

My favorites for the week are pretty short since I have been trapped at home for two straight days.

O N E | Jack has really been into puzzles lately. We have these Melissa and Doug puzzles that he discovered this week and they have been a favorite of his! I was really surprised at how good he was at putting them together. After only helping him the first time he is now able to do them all by himself. There are 4 puzzles in this box and he will sit there and do them over and over and over again. Definitely a good gift for an almost 3 year old!

T W O | Graham has started sticking his tongue out and it is so funny. As soon as you do it he will follow. It's impossible to get it in a picture so I finally was able to do it the other day. Love his little face so much!

T H R E E | The weather this week has been an absolute favorite! On Tuesday night the boys and I went for a walk after I fed them supper. We live on a golf course and because of the hurricane the course was closed so I took them on the cart path! I let Jack run and play as we walked.

F O U R | These two are always my favorite. I love that they can sit by each other in the cart now. They had the best time at the grocery store the other day pretend driving the cart. {I'm sure thats where Jack picked up this fever!...the carts are always so gross to me.}

F I V E | Last night I went to a painting party with two of my girlfriends. We painted these gingerbread house door hangers. It was so much fun. I love the way they turned out, especially if you don't look too closely at it! The glitter bomb that was thrown at it at the very end really helped to hide a lot of the imperfections....I am definitely no artist!!

Have a great weekend friends!!

  3. I absolutely love your gingerbread house - I wish we had some of these around our area (we only have the wine and canvas paint here!). You could have fooled me that you weren't an artist :)

    Your littles are so cute!
